Applications:(ASA/MSA Membership Application) Download application and fax or mail to the MSA office.  Your application must be approved by the component society secretary, after approval, application will be forwarded to the ASA.

In order to be a member of the Massachusetts Society of Anesthesiologists (MSA), you must be a member of American Society of Anethesiologists (ASA).

Categories:
Active - requirements (copy of MA license)
Affiliate - requirements (endorsed by 2 members of the Society)
Honorary
Retired - must be retired from the practice of anesthesiology and a continuous active member of a component society for at least 10 years.
Resident - (endorsed by director of training program)

2012 Annual Dues:
Billed in January
New member dues will be  prorated and must submit payment with new application
